All items from my shop are hand printed. As such, we suggest hand washing and hanging or laying flat to dry to extend the life of the item.
Please message me if you need an order to be delivered within 2 weeks of your purchase. Otherwise, please type in a note on the checkout page that you need your item by a particular date.
Yes! You may choose to have any item printed using Black, White, Gold, Silver, or Hot Pink font at no additional cost. You may type in this request in the notes section on the checkout page.
I can provide additional color font as well. There may be a small up charge associated with this request. Please message me to see what additional font colors I have available.
We DO NOT accept exchanges for most items as all of our items are custom printed. However, exchanges are available for our "Wifey", "Mrs", and "Bride" striped coverup dresses as well as our white "Bride" spaghetti strap mini dresses ONLY. It is the customer's responsibility to reference the size chart for any item before purchasing. Exchanges are only available within 14 days of delivery. Return package cost for shipping will be at the customer's expense. Exchanges will not be accepted if an item is returned showing signs of wear or washing. Returns must be in original condition in order to receive an exchange.
Due to high demand, at times a different but similar manufacturer may be used for any material in the shop. You will be notified if we are out of stock of any item and will let you know what alternative item or process we will be using to complete your order.
